At Vision Film and Television Production, based on our years of experience and hundreds of satisfied customers, we are confident that once you start working with us you will return to work with us again and again. This is why we offer our Money-Back Guarantee policy. For the initial first phase of Production, If you are not happy with our services, concepts or ideas for any reason, we'll give you your money back. If you are happy with our concept and approve the script, we will take the project into full production. We do everything in our power to make each project amazing. You will receive multiple script concepts, two revision cycles, great customer service and a commitment to excellence. Although it is very unlikely you will want to make use of our guarantee policy, you should understand that there are conditions under which we can't provide a refund. Those are:

• If you have already confirmed or approved the acceptance of a design, we cannot provide a refund. Your approval represents an acceptance of the final project and serves as an implicit statement of satisfaction.
• If you have failed to communicate with us for more than sixty days, any refunds will be at the discretion of Vision Film & Television Production management.
• If the company for whom the Production was performed should close, change its name, or undergo other alterations rendering a Production not usable, we cannot issue a refund.
• If you purchased a "Special Offer" or minor product that does not constitute one of our standard packages that normally includes a script cycle.
• During any production phase after script approval or once you have taken the final delivery of the Project

Our liability is limited to the payment received from you against the project. In case you cancel a project we will have the right to sell or use the concepts shown to you as we may deem fit. Should the Customer receive a refund, Customer acknowledges that they will have no right (express or implied) to use any basic concept or other work product, content, nor any ownership interest in or to the same.
